Heel Higth
The heel height (blast) is the core element of every weightlifter shoe. Most models have a heel height of about 0.7". This corresponds to a blast of 17 millimeters. With 16,5 mm excitation is the Inov-8 Fastlift 335 flatter than the Reebok Legacylifter II with 22,0 mm.
The right heel height depends a little bit on you personally. With long legs you should rather choose a higher heel height. In this comparison the Reebok Legacylifter II would be the better model.

Verschluss
Both shoes have laces for closure. For a better hold on the foot, both weightlifting shoes have an additional strap with velcro fastening. Neither of the two models has a tension lock for extremely good hold. However, this is of more interest to the elite of weightlifters.
