Where are the differences?
Let us take a closer look at the differences between the two weightlifting shoes adidas Powerlift 3.1 and Inov-8 Fastlift 335.
Heel Higth
The heel height (blast) is the core element of every weightlifter shoe. Most models have a heel height of about 0.7". This corresponds to a blast of 17 millimeters. With 15,0 mm excitation is the adidas Powerlift 3.1 flatter than the Inov-8 Fastlift 335 with 16,5 mm.
The right heel height depends a little bit on you personally. With long legs you should rather choose a higher heel height. In this comparison the Inov-8 Fastlift 335 would be the better model.
The way you perform your squat also plays a role in the decision. If you have a tight stance as well as the high bar squat, a larger blast is recommended. So again the Fastlift 335 is the variant with the higher heel for you. With a wide stand or the low-bar squat, a flatter blast is more suitable. With the comparison of the adidas Powerlift 3.1 and the Inov-8 Fastlift 335} that would be the Powerlift 3.1.
