Reebok Legacylifter vs Lifter PR - Where are the differences?
Where are the differences?
Let's have a look at the differences of the weightlifting shoes Reebok Legacylifter and Lifter PR in comparison.
Heel Higth
The heel height (blast) is the core element of every weightlifter shoe. Most models have a heel height of about 0.7". This corresponds to a blast of 17 millimeters. Both shoes have a blast of 15,5 mm and therefore lie on the same level.
The right heel height depends a little bit on you personally. With long legs you should rather choose a higher heel height.
The way you perform your squat also plays a role in the decision. If you have a tight stance as well as the high bar squat, a larger blast is recommended. With a wide stand or the low-bar squat, a flatter blast is more suitable.
Verschluss
Both shoes have laces for closure. Neither of the two models has a tension lock for extremely good hold. However, this is of more interest to the elite of weightlifters.
