JBL Tune 225TWS vs Soundcore Liberty Neo - Where are the differences?
Where are the differences?
There are a few differences between the two True-Wireless Headphones. Let's take a closer look at the points in comparison between the Tune 225TWS from JBL and the Soundcore Liberty Neo.
Noise Cancelling: ANC
Practical, but not always available: Atkive Noise Cancelling. Both headphones come without Active Noise Cancelling (short: ANC). Thus, you have to do without active noise cancellation with the JBL Tune 225TWS and the Soundcore Liberty Neo.
Welche Bluetooth Version ist verbaut?
On the subject of Bluetooth, we don't have any differences between the JBL Tune 225TWS and Soundcore Liberty Neo. Both TWS headphones run via Bluetoot 5.0. In general, a newer version is always better. Here, the Bluetooth affects the quality of the transmission and the energy consumption.
Can the earbuds be used separately?
The right earbud can be used independently of the left earbud on almost any True-Wireless headphone. Rarely, the left headphone can be used separately, because they work in dependency of the right ear plug. Mostly the right headphone is the so called master. This special function is only supported by the JBL Tune 225TWS.
Are there changeable attachments?
In contrast to the JBL Tune 225TWS, the Soundcore Liberty Neo* offers you changeable attachments for the ear studs. This gives you more wearing comfort and the headphones can be individually adjusted to the ears.
Are the headphones waterproof?
Unlike the JBL Tune 225TWS, the Soundcore Liberty Neo* is certified with IPX7. However, an IP certification does not directly mean waterproof. Depending on the certification, the headphones are only water- or sweat-resistant. However, a higher number in the certification is generally better. With Bluetooth headphones there is also the problem that Bluetooth is disturbed by water. Thus, the use when swimming is only possible with special headphones.
