Let's have a look at the differences between the JBL Clip 3 and the JBL GO 2.
Size and weight
The two devices differ in their dimensions. The smaller a loudspeaker is, the more practical it is in use, of course.

Battery
With regard to battery life, the JBL Clip 3 can trump with up to 10,0 hours. The JBL Clip 3 has a battery life of up to 5,0 hours. In practice, the specification of the battery life can often be somewhat lower, since the manufacturers specify the maximum possible performance. In the loading time the JBL GO 2 performs better with 2,5 hours. With the JBL Clip 3 the loading time is 3,0 hours. With 1000 mah the JBL Clip 3 has a larger battery capacity. With the JBL GO 2 the capacity is 730 mah.
Waterproof
Both speakers are waterproof. Both the JBL GO 2 and the JBL Clip 3 are certified with IPX7.
Bluetooth
The built-in Bluetooth is identical to version 4.1 for both devices. A newer Bluetooth version offers a better stability in the connection. Thus also a higher comfort in the application is given.
Powerbank
With the Powerbank function, other devices can be charged via USB using the speaker. Of course, this is at the expense of the battery life of the speaker.
Leistung
The performance is the JBL Clip 3 at 3.3 Watt. The JBL GO 2 has a power of 3 Watt. For both we find a driver with 40 mm.
