A fitness watch without a heart rate monitor is basically useless and not advisable to buy. That's because your heart rate is one of the key elements of different calculations. Being able to do this from your wrist is even more convenient than using your smartphone or a credit card. the Fitbit Charge 4 and the Garmin Venu 2s both offer this useful feature.
