Dreame W10 vs Z10 Pro - Where are the differences?
Where are the differences?
The two vacuuming robots of the Dreame brand differ in a few ways. Let's take a look at the differences between the Dreame W10* and Dreame Z10 Pro* in comparison.
release date (release)
Of course, the age of the two vacuum cleaner robots is interesting for comparison. After all, technology changes over time. The two products are from two consecutive years. The Dreame W10 was launched in the year 2022. Thus, the Dreame Z10 Pro is older with the year of release 2021.
Which robot vacuum cleaner is falcher?
When it comes to the technical specifications of a robot vacuum cleaner, height is especially important. When comparing the Dreame W10 andDreame Z10 Pro, the height of the robot vacuum is very interesting. The Dreame Z10 Pro performs better here because the vacuum cleaner with 9.7 cm is built flatter. The falcher the device, the better he can drive under furniture, such as cabinets or even the couch and clean there. The height of the Dreame W10 is 10.5 cm.
Vacuum power comparison
Decisive for the suction power is the suction force, which is indicated in Pascal (abbreviated: pa). Here we have no difference between the Dreame W10 and Dreame Z10 Pro. The maximum suction force is identical to 4000 pa. It is the suction force at the maximum suction level. Depending on the suction level, the value may of course be lower.
What can the apps do?
Numerous vacuum robots can now be programmed and also controlled via apps. Adjustable are, for example, premises, maps as well as running times. Some suction robots can then be started conveniently on the go. For both vacuum robots, the Dreame W10 and the Dreame Z10 Pro, there is an App. Both vacuum robots allow zone cleaning via the app. Thus, only certain areas are cleaned without having to set up additional obstacles.
Voice control
Many robotic vacuum cleaners can now be controlled by voice assistants, allowing for convenient operation.
The two vacuum robots can be operated with Amazon's Alexa voice control. Neither device can be controlled using Google's voice assistant (Google Assistant).
Is there a wipe function?
In addition to the pure suction function, some vacuum robots also have an integrated wiping function. This combines two devices in one and the cleaning performance is significantly increased - not to mention the time saved. The models are then called suction-wiping robots.
The both vacuum robots can feature an integrated wiping function and are thus both wiping robots. With the Dreame W10*, there is a vibrating wiping plate as a special feature. This creates scrubbing. This removes dirt better and thus leads to a better cleaning result. The pure wiping function without vibration has not shown good cleaning result in most suction-wiping robots. Basically, the mop is just dragged across the floor.
The water tank of the Dreame W10 has a larger capacity with 270 ml than that of the Dreame Z10 Pro with only 150 ml. This is an advantage for Dreame W10.
Which vacuum motor has the larger collection tank?
Since the collection bin of the Dreame W10 with 570 ml has a larger capacity compared to the Dreame Z10 Pro, it can hold more dirt. Thus, the dust chamber of the W10 needs to be emptied less frequently. The Dreame Z10 Pro has a dust bin with 400 ml capacity.
For the Dreame W10* there is an additional suction station for self-drainage. This empties the collection container, which means you have to remove the dirt less often. There is no suction station for the Dreame Z10 Pro.
